I wanted to point out that we've got lots of resources for middle school math educators - look at the left side of the Main page - Math Resource Guides, Diigo lists, and project blogs where we highlight exemplary online math and science resources and the research that is going on at the polar regions.

We've had two Tech Talks so far - one on Interactive Notebooks and one on Moodle in the Middle - did you participate in one of these? You can get to the recordings of those by clicking on the Webinar Archive link.

You can see all our upcoming events by clicking on the Events tab. The next two are on Digital Storytelling and Using Wikis. We've got lots more topics to cover in the next few months - technology, pedagogy, content knowledge, all sorts of fun stuff!

Any ideas or feedback you have would be greatly appreciated!

We're so glad you've joined MSP2. This is a growing community and it's wonderful to have such a range of experience, from beginning, even pre-service teachers, to folks with 20+ years of experience, such as yourself.

Would love to learn a little more about you--what you love to teach; what kinds of digital or web-based tools you use or are interested to use in your classroom; a profile of your school/community; whether you are a member of any other online professional learning communities.

I hope you've had a chance to look around, explore the site, check out the resources. Also hope that you'll be willing to jump in, comment, discuss, share, question.
