"What is a wiki?" you say. Let's take a look at what a wiki is and how it can be used as a tool for online student collaboration. Hi Dianne - Wanted to update you on our free webinars.
We've had three Tech Talks so far - one on Interactive Notebooks, Moodle, and Digital Storytelling. You can get to the recordings of those by clicking on the Web Archive link.
You can see all our upcoming events by clicking on the Events tab. The next TechTalk topic is Using Wikis. We've got lots more topics to cover in the next few months - technology, pedagogy, content knowledge, all sorts of fun stuff! Any ideas on additional topics or feedback you have would be greatly appreciated! Kim
Yes I have Eureka for all my science needs. I am also using the book Science and Technology and it comes with some fabulous small resource books for the students with interesting LES's and open ended projects. there will not be a shortage of things to do only time to do them.
Happy to help you Di... What is it you want to do?? create a community or staff community to be able to post your daily agenda or tasks? Create a mail list? Let me know.
Hi Dianne - So glad you joined the MSP2 network. We're just getting started so any ideas or feedback you have would be greatly appreciated! I see you indicated "Other" in your profile - what other are you? I'm looking forward to hearing what kinds of issues you are having - and how they compare to the US. Welcome – Kim
Hi Dianne
Welcome to MSP2.
There are great resources available here and the best way to find them are to explore and engage. You can join groups, discussions, and events. You can also create your own blog.
I encourage you to introduce yourself as well. Are you a math person? Science? Do you work in education in some other capacity? Any particular interests?
Let us know if you need anything. We are here to help.

Welcome, Dianne. We're glad you've joined MSP2. Would you be willing to share a little bit about yourself? What your role is in the school or district? What prompted you to join MSP2? What you're looking for or hoping for that the MSP2 community and resources might be able to assist?
