I wanted to update you on our free webinars and hope you can join us for one of them soon and maybe invite your colleagues to participate as well.
We've had three Tech Talks so far - one on Interactive Notebooks, Moodle, and Digital Storytelling. You can get to the recordings of those by clicking on the Web Archive link.
You can see all our upcoming events by clicking on the Events tab. The next TechTalk topic is Using Wikis. We've got lots more topics to cover in the next few months - technology, pedagogy, content knowledge, all sorts of fun stuff! Any ideas on additional topics or feedback you have would be greatly appreciated! Kim
Hi, Sorry to take so long in responding back, my daughter gave birth a few days earlier than what was scheduled so we have been out of town. I am certified K-6 and have endorsements in middle school social studies and math. Six weeks ago I moved out of the classroom and became, a "Technology Curriculum Integration Specialist" which will have me working with teachers in implementing technology into their lessons and classrooms. I actually start this position tomorrow. One of the reasons I joined is that in my position I will be working with all subjects areas, and as I have learned being a member of Middle Talk for the past 7 years(which is where I heard about MSP2), that although something may not be directly applicable to what you teach, you may be able to tweak or adapt to the content that you teach.
Hi Greg
Welcome to MSP2
Please introduce yourself here and lets us know how we can help you. Do you teach math? Science? Do you work in education in another capacity?
I would like to encourage you to explore the site, join groups, and add to discussions. The site is growing and as we get more members, we have more to share.
If you need any help or would like to see something added, just let us know. We are here to help you.

Hi Greg - Also curious about the "other" that people choose when they sign up. Would you be willing to share your background and why you decided to join the MSP2 network? So glad you joined - welcome! Kim
Welcome, Greg. We're glad you've joined MSP2. I echo Tom's comment that it's great you've jumped in to the conversation.
Would love to know a little more about you, what you teach, what motivated you to join MSP2, how MSP2 can be a service to you, how you'd like to contribute, etc.
Hi Greg. Glad to see that you've hit the ground running by posting a response. We have many people that just stop by-which is fine- but the people that are going to make this site a helpful/successful community are the ones that share. Thanks again and if we can help you or you have any questions, please let us know.
Tom
