Thanks! My dog was a starving stray puppy (about 4-6 months) I found standing in the middle of a back country road in the rain in December. I couldn't just drive by. She spent a week at the vets who felt she had been on her own for a long time based on her body condition and the # of engorged ticks she had. She is a little survivor and super smart. Mutts are great!
Hi Gregory - Hope your summer is going well! I wanted to update you on our free webinars and hope you can join us for one of them soon.
We've had three Tech Talks so far - one on Interactive Notebooks, Moodle, and Digital Storytelling. You can get to the recordings of those by clicking on the Web Archive link.
You can see all our upcoming events by clicking on the Events tab. The next TechTalk topic is Using Wikis. We've got lots more topics to cover in the next few months - technology, pedagogy, content knowledge, all sorts of fun stuff! Any ideas on additional topics or feedback you have would be greatly appreciated! Kim
I didn't even know there were biotechnology teachers - I've been wanting to write a proposal to biotech company that supports education but just haven't done it because I wasn't sure what would be appropriate for middle school students. We'll have to talk further! Kim
Hi Gregory - Love the picture! So glad you joined the MSP2 network - we're just getting started so any feedback or ideas on topics we could address would be great. Please check out our Science publications under the Links box on the Main page and our two blogs - Connecting News and Middle School Math and Science - which can be found on the right side of the Main page. Regards, Kim
