Now that you are here with us, you can start to explore the site and look for opportunities to learn and share in this professional network.
Be sure to look at the resources on the home page. This will show some of the great tools on the NSDL site.
I would also like to point you to our forums. This is a great place to post your thoughts, questions and share your own experiences and expertise.
There are also events, like the Tech Talks, available. Even if you miss a Tech Talk, you can check out the recorded session and add to the discussion boards.
Let us know if there is something in particular you want us to address or topics and technologies you might want to learn about.
If you need any help or would like to see something added, just let us know.

Welcome to MSP2. I'm going to assume that you are somewhat skeptical about joining MSP2. Are you a member of any other online, professional learning communities? That you found out about MSP2 from a friend or colleague is a bit of endorsement about us. I hope that you find this portal and community to be a good support and resource for you.
There is a whole array of resources here. If you haven't had a chance to explore yet, here are a few suggestions of places to start:
1. The Math and Science Resource Guides are standards-based, quality digital resources. They have been written or collected by expert math and science educators. Many of the activities are hands-on--so important for middle grades students.
2. We've had a number of Webinars over the past months, covering instructional strategies and technology tools. The recordings and supplemental materials are found in the Webinar Archive.
3. There is an Integrating Technology Group that has a couple of conversations going. You are more than welcome to start a discussion, pose a question, ask for assistance or ideas there (as well as on any other groups).
Please feel free to jump in, comment, post, share resources and ideas, and ask questions.
Again, welcome.
