Hi Tay - So glad you joined the MSP2 network. I see you chose "Other" - I'm always curious about people's background - would you be willing to share what your position is? We really are trying to meet the needs of a varied audience and knowing who our members are sure helps.
In any case, I wanted to point out that we've got lots of resources for middle school math and science educators - look at the left side of the Main page - Math and Science Resource Guides, Diigo lists, and project blogs where we highlight exemplary online math and science
resources and the research that is going on at the polar regions.
We've had three Tech Talks so far - one on Interactive Notebooks, Moodle (were you able to get to that one?), and Digital Storytelling. You can get to the recordings of those by clicking on the Web Archive link.
You can see all our upcoming events by clicking on the Events tab. The TechTalk topic is Using Wikis. We've got lots more topics to cover in the next few months - technology, pedagogy, content knowledge, all sorts of fun stuff!
Any ideas or feedback you have would be greatly appreciated!
Hi Tay
Welcome to MSP2.
Glad to see you found an event that interests you. If you have any questions or comments, you can post them on the discussion board. You can also join groups and introduce yourself here. Its a great way to find more people with similar interests, to find information and share your own experiences and expertise.
The more we all share, the more we all can learn. There is a wealth of resources here, and now you are a part of that too.
If you need any help or would like to see something added, just let us know.
toodles
