Looking for a Few Middle School Science Teachers to Help with a Last Minute Research Project
I know school is almost over, but there is that last week or two in June when it's pretty quiet. Could you take the time to help us with a quick, e-book research project? We're using standards-based curriculum and it shouldn't take more than a class or two. The topic is also a really important one for students heading out for summer vacation. For two weeks in DC this fall, the USA Science & Engineering Festival will conduct massive outreach into middle and high schools with the goal of getting more students excited about careers in science and engineering. We've had three Tech Talks so far - one on Interactive Notebooks, Moodle, and Digital Storytelling. You can get to the recordings of those by clicking on the Web Archive link.

We've got lots more topics to cover in the next few months - technology, pedagogy, content knowledge, all sorts of fun stuff!
