Welcome to MSP2. I consider it an endorsement of sorts when a new member finds out about MSP2 from a friend or colleague.
It would be helpful to know a little more about you and your role in terms of mathematics education and/or middle grades education. Are you a member of any other online professional learning communities? Are there any particular issues surround special needs students or student misconceptions that are of interest to you?
If you haven't had a chance to explore the site yet, here are a few suggestions:
- The Math Resource Guides are standards-based resources that are also wiki pages. We've done this to facilitate collaboration.
- The math group is a place for targeted conversation. You are welcome to join any of the groups, of course, that make sense for you and your needs.
