Job Negotiation
When a teacher is negotiating her salary, should she demand that their be Dental insurance provided. Many teachers have an option to be insured by their spouse. I am not sure what the standard is in the South. Any advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

I couldn't answer directly due to the fact that I have only ever taught in Ohio public schools. I believe that its standard practice in Ohio (at least in my area) to receive dental insurance as part of ones compensation package
